New California laws dictate that ADR Services, Inc. disclose information on all consumer arbitrations administered by our office. Below is a link containing information on all consumer arbitrations currently being administered by ADR Services, Inc.

The disclosure information is contained in an Adobe Acrobat file. When the file has been downloaded and is viewable you can either search by typing "Ctrl+F" or clicking on the Binocular Icon and then type the keywords you would like to search for (i.e. party name, arbitrator, etc.).
New California law also dictates we provide disclosures about ADR Services, Inc. Relationships with Parties, Lawyers and Neutral Arbitrators Pursuant to Standard 8(b)(1) of the Ethics Standards for Neutral Arbitrators in Contractual Arbitration. Please click here for a disclosure statement.
